DR. kaitlin White, PsyD

I specialize in working with children and families, couples, and first responders. My specialties include interventions for individuals involved with the child welfare system, mood disorders, trauma, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, school difficulties, and those working as first responders including police, fire, corrections, and EMTs. My work emphasizes the importance of a compassionate, collaborative, flexible, and holistic approach to healing often utilizing cognitive and behavioral interventions, as well as art and play therapy.

As a former teacher, I know how challenging it can be to manage a child's behavioral and emotional needs. Throughout my clinical training, I have met the needs of my individual clients by offering a strengths-based approach, while also striving to assist families in navigating unique challenges by providing family therapy and parenting interventions.
